Diane L. Aburto, Esq.

Mrs. Aburto specializes in all aspects of Immigration and Nationality Law, and Federal Litigation Cases. She received her high school diploma from Coral Reef High School in Miami, FL. She then graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL, as well as a certificate in International and Comparative Law.


Mrs. Aburto is a member of the Florida Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.


Mrs. Aburto is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Mrs. Aburto has personally handled thousands of Immigration cases, including deportation defense, Immigration court appearances, marriage interviews, asylum hearings, citizenship interviews and citizenship hearings on appeal, over the last 12 years.

Ireida Santi

Immigration Paralegal

Mrs. Santi is an experienced Immigration Paralegal. She previously worked in other areas of law including civil, family, probate, and bankruptcy before working as an Immigration Paralegal.


Mrs. Santi was a lawyer in Cuba. She continued her studies here in Miami, FL, and graduated from the Florida International University (FIU) paralegal program in 2019. Later, in 2022, she graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law LL.M. in U.S. Law. She aspires to become a lawyer in the U.S. as well, and continue to help those who come to the United States in search of a better life.



Mrs. Santi is a member of the South Florida Paralegal Association and the Cuban American Bar Association.
